We provide a two-step process that first engages the leaders at the heart of your organisation and then increases and strengthens the personal coping skills of your whole staff team.
view allThere are many psychological reasons that teams stop performing at their best. Under normal circumstances, organisational change, illness, bereavement and many other factors can all derail a team’s productivity. During a global pandemic, all of the above plus the extraordinary level of uncertainty and societal change, WILL impact on your organisation’s productivity.
The first step in getting your staff back to full productivity is to map out the unique challenges they are facing and any resources you already have in place to help them deal with this. We will need to understand your culture, the systems you use for dealing with difficulties amongst your staff and the key people that require further support. We will then create a psychological formulation of the difficulties your organisation faces and create bespoke training for your line managers and staff members based on our findings (see packages below).
This session takes a minimum of 90 minutes. Additional sessions may be required for more complex organisations.
The workshops are suitable for small groups of 12 delegates and involve teaching practical skills in:
● Developing and maintaining effective working relationships in times of stress.
● Personal resilience including coping with organisational change, uncertainty and loss.
● How to thrive in a time of crisis and use evidence based strategies to improve performance.
Larger teams will require several sessions as numbers are capped at 12 to ensure an interactive and bespoke session.
In addition to the core packages we offer these add ons.
